This series “Mount” was created in the mountains of Hydra, depicting the natural landscapes of time within man made dimensions. When one visits this remote island in Greece, the beauty it emits is unexplainable. The abstract features within the prints is to demonstrate our imprint on this beautiful natural phenomenon. Hydra is home to decades of inspirational artists who flock the islands searching for inspiration. This is an ongoing series flowing off of Lucid Imagination, inspiring us to take care of our world, and the beauty it holds deep within spiritually and figuratively. Mount is for the viewer to depict the simplicity but also the details in their own way.
Developing where temporary formation contains itself within air. From the perspective of the body, a living being is comparable to an air bubble since it holds air within itself. Like air bubbles each being swayed by the winds of fate or karma in the mortal world. With remarkable regularity across human cultures, water has been used to communicate the value of sacred life. The spiritual dimension of purification, protection, and healing, and the meaning of suffering and redemption in human life.
